SMART Goal # 9

This week I plan to get in touch with either Ms. I or Meg Cole, the yearbook Chief Editor, to discuss my project and how I can collaborate with yearbook.

Reflection

I successfully contacted Ms. I this week by sending her an email describing what I have planned so far, as well as my ideas as to how I could potentially help out the yearbook club. She notified me that she forwarded my email to the yearbook staff. Because I was not able to contact her before the yearbook meeting this week, she asked that I try to attend their meeting next week on Thursday during first or second lunch. Essentially, I am just going to be elaborating on the information that I’ve already provided about what I want to accomplish. Then, assuming that the staff believes that they could use infographics for their club pages, I will be able to get more information from them in regards to deadlines, content they would like me to include, specific groups and clubs to focus on, and general formatting for the infographics that I create. Once we meet and make sure that we’re all on the same page with what I’ll be working on, I plan to update my website with the new information of my project progress. I may also begin to gather information about some of the school groups and clubs.
