Two Done, More to Come

SMART Goal #16

For the next two weeks, I want to finish up the Red Cross infographic and get in touch with Mr. Winslow to find an alternative use for my infographics.

Reflection

Over the past two weeks, I was able to meet both my goals! I spoke with Mr. Winslow, and he said that the guidance department will definitely have a use for infographics about our school clubs. Together we decided that the main and foremost use will be for the eighth grade step-up day. Since it can be hard to get a good sample of all the clubs the school offers, they’ll be able to use my large print-outs of my infographics as a guaranteed representation of some of the more significant groups. Plus they can reuse the posters since the information is general enough to not be year specific. This includes reusing them for Freshman Orientation in the fall, as well as for future step-up days and being generally hung around the school.

I also completed the colored versions of both the Red Cross Club and the FIRST Robotics infographics. I already uploaded some of the work in progress pictures of the black and white Robotics one, and I plan to upload both colored versions to my website soon. I’m hoping to work on either an NHS one, or language clubs next.
