SMART Goal #11

My goal this week is to meet with Ms. I to create a Josten’s account, and to further update my website.

Reflection

I was able to successfully meet with Ms. I on Wednesday during CAVBlock. We created a Josten’s Yearbook account for me, which will allow me to have access to many of the same tools that other yearbook staff members have. I can design pages themselves, as well as utilize any of the pictures that have been uploaded by staff and students so far. I will also be able to upload my final infographics here, so that Meg and the other editors can insert them where needed. There’s a really nice drag and drop system for adding new features to the designed pages, so fortunately it’s not too difficult to figure out when making a new page. There are also a lot of pre-set formats and layouts that I can use when designing prospective pages, so that will be really helpful later on. I also made a few more edits and updates to my website this week. I finally got my “Weekly Updates” page up to date. I began to edit the “My Sources” page as well, and I will hopefully be able to start adding some of the annotations sometime in the near future. I also added a little more to my “About Me” section, and I hope to continue updating next week.
